Co-FounderAfter years of working as social workers, Jen and Natalie saw firsthand the impact quality mental health care can have. They founded Sparrow Hills Counseling to increase access to services in a warm, welcoming environment that reduces stigma and removes barriers to care. Their vision was to build a collaborative, specialized team that supports and celebrates one another. Today, Sparrow Hills Counseling continues to grow, making a meaningful mark in the mental health community.

Rhadek Pepper (he/him)
Scheduling SpecialistRhadek is currently attending SLCC and enjoys spending his free time playing video games and watching hockey. He is passionate about helping people access therapy and values knowing that his work supports others in getting the care they need. He brings a thoughtful, supportive presence and enjoys being part of a team focused on making mental health care more accessible.

Rebecca Husain (she/her)
Nurse PractitionerRebecca is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides holistic, thoughtful medication management across the lifespan. She is passionate about empowering clients through education and collaborative care, believing that lasting wellness comes from addressing the physical, emotional, and relational aspects of mental health.

DBH, LCSW, MAC (she/her)
Works with adults (18+) navigating addiction, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and general mental health concerns. Incorporates neuroscience and polyvagal theory, somatic processing, DBT, ACT, CBT, and motivational interviewing in her practice. -

Amy Rudd
LCSW, CCTP (she/her)
Works with women (18+) navigating trauma, life transitions, and general mental health concerns. Incorporates EMDR, IFS, and DBT in her practice. -

Brian Williams
LCSW (he/him)
Works with children and teens navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, crisis and trauma. Incorporates CBT, ART and play therapy in his practice. -

Melissa Mitchell
CMHC (she/her)
Works with teens and adults navigating general mental health issues, grief, addiction, and trauma. Incorporates CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and EMDR in her practice. -

Daniel Gandy

Works with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, general mental health concerns and personal growth. Incorporates EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, and play therapy in his practice. -

Debbie Gamarra

Works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, grief, and life transitions. Incorporates CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based modalities in her practice. Bilingual, offering therapy in both English and Spanish. -

Works with children, teens and adults navigating mental health concerns, women’s issues, trauma, grief, and life or faith transitions. Incorporates CBT, play therapy and strengths based modalities in her practice. -
