Approach

Natalie’s work is grounded in creating a supportive, person-centered space where clients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their healing process. She integrates evidence-based techniques and therapeutic framework to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
She believes healing is not linear and that growth often emerges while processing past experiences and strengthening present-day coping skills. By blending structure with compassion, Natalie helps clients build insight, process trauma, move toward greater emotional balance and self-understanding and create lasting change.
