Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are paying privately (not using insurance) have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. This estimate outlines the anticipated charges for therapy services before you begin treatment. You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, and we will gladly provide one prior to scheduling or starting services.

If you would like to schedule an appointment with one of our therapists, please click here or call/text our office at (385) 220-7867.

If you would like to use your insurance benefit, we recommend calling your insurance company to see what they will cover. You will be responsible for any co-pay or co-insurance amount, as well as the allowable amount if the deductible is not met, or the full cost if your insurance does not cover the cost.
All fees and co-pays are due at the time of the scheduled session unless other arrangements have been made.

If you have out-of-network benefits for mental health through your insurance, you will be expected to pay for each of your appointments. Each month, we will gladly issue an invoice that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service.
