Brian Williams
CSW (he/him)

Brian is a compassionate and an experienced therapist with a deep commitment to supporting children, teenagers, and families through life’s most challenging moments. With a strong background in crisis intervention and trauma-focused care, Brian has spent over a decade helping young people navigate anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and the lasting impacts of trauma.

Known for his calm presence and ability to build trust quickly, Brian creates a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. He integrates evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T), and play therapy techniques.

Outside the therapy room, Brian is a firm believer in the healing power of nature. He finds peace in fishing, camping, and exploring the outdoors, and often encourages clients to connect with nature as a way to support emotional well-being. He also has a deep love for music, which he sometimes incorporates into his work when appropriate.

Brian’s approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a genuine desire to help young people build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and move forward with confidence.
